My goal is simple: to help you take charge of your health and wellness in a way that’s real, practical, and sustainable.
As a mum of two, I understand how easy it is to lose yourself while taking care of everyone else. After my second child, I gained a significant amount of weight — not just during pregnancy, but even more while breastfeeding for two years. I felt the exhaustion, the emotional overwhelm, and the hit to my confidence.
Though I’ve always been passionate about health, that season of my life humbled me. It reminded me how hard the wellness journey can be, especially for women juggling so much. But it also reignited my determination. Through intentional eating, mindful movement, and consistent self-care, I reclaimed my health — and my identity.
Today, I help others do the same. With over 17 years of experience, I bring a powerful combination of expertise and empathy. I’m a Certified Nutritionist, Personal Trainer, and Wellness Consultant. I’m also currently training in Nutritional Psychology as a Certified Mind Body Eating Coach.
